Staub Enamelled Cast Iron has the advantage of the natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. Enamelling process includes 2-3 coats, inside and out. Black matte enamel interior coating, develops non-stick properties with regular use, thus an ideal surface for braising, roasting and caramelizing. A smooth enamel coated base prevents surface scratches. Traditional and authentic French craftsmanship. Suitable for all cooktops including induction. Oven Safe up to 500°F. Made in France. Returns or Defective claims on items more than 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without receiving an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care.
