Overview
These racks allow for quick and easyaccess to all crisping baskets. Theseare great for transporting baskets fromprep area into the cooler. These unitsaccept Nestier, Buckhorn®, and Lewischill baskets, 26”x29”.
Framework is constructed out of 1 1/2”x11/2”x .070” wall tubing, angle runners areconstructed out of 1 1/4”x1 5/8”x.100”wall angle. Drip tray is constructed outof .063” aluminum sheet.
The mobile units come equipped withfour 5” platform type swivel casters, twowith brake. Stationary units comeequipped with NSF certified adjustablefeet.
