Key Features

100% Extra-Long Staple Combed American Cotton
Extra-long staple cotton fibers are the premium tier of cotton — longer, finer fibers that produce a softer, stronger, more absorbent yarn than standard cotton alternatives. The combing process removes short fibers and impurities, resulting in a cleaner, more consistent yarn that provides the silky, plush hand feel guests associate with luxury hotel towels. Sourced from the Cotton Belt regions of Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi, this is premium American cotton at its finest.
Ring Spun Cotton Loops for Superior Softness
Ring spun cotton loops are created by continuously twisting and thinning the cotton fibers to create a smoother, stronger yarn than open-end spun alternatives. In terry towel construction, ring spun loops create a softer, more refined surface texture that is noticeably superior on contact. For luxury hotel towels, ring spun loop construction is the standard of premium softness — delivering the immediate tactile quality that guests associate with five-star hospitality care.
Low-Twist Yarn for Enhanced Absorbency
Low-twist yarn technology reduces the number of twists per inch in the yarn, creating a more open fiber structure that absorbs moisture more rapidly and completely than tightly twisted alternatives. For a luxury hotel towel, absorbency is the primary functional expectation — guests notice immediately whether a towel draws moisture effectively. The low-twist construction of the Magnolia collection delivers the exceptional absorbency that defines a luxury towel experience.
2-Ply Ground Warp for Extra Strength and Thickness
The 2-ply ground warp uses two yarns twisted together as the structural foundation of the terry towel, creating a denser, stronger base fabric than single-ply alternatives. This construction delivers the extra thickness and substance guests feel when handling a premium hotel towel, and provides significantly enhanced durability through the commercial laundering cycles that active hospitality linen programs require — extending the working lifespan of each towel and supporting long-term program value.
Elegant Double Dobby Border Rope Design
The double dobby border rope design is woven directly into the towel structure, creating an elegant decorative border detail that enhances the bathroom's luxury presentation. The dobby border is the visual finishing element that guests notice when they see the towel displayed or folded on the bathroom fixture — signaling premium quality before they touch it. The rope design adds a second layer of visual refinement, and the woven construction maintains the border's definition and elegance through commercial laundering.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand the repeated industrial laundering cycles of active luxury hospitality operations. The 100% ELS combed American cotton, ring spun loop construction, low-twist yarn, and 2-ply ground warp work together to maintain the towel's softness, absorbency, thickness, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — preserving the luxury performance and appearance that guests expect across the full working lifespan of each towel.

Care Instructions

01Wash before first use.
02Use warm or cold water; avoid hot water on colored towels.
03Avoid fabric softeners — they reduce absorbency.
04Wash dark and medium colors separately.
05Tumble dry low; do not over-dry.
06Don't iron — it reduces absorbency.
+ Full laundry care guidelines & PDF download
  1. Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
  2. Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
  3. The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
  4. Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
  5. Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
