Key Features

60% Combed Cotton and 40% Polyester Blend
The cotton-rich 60/40 blend combines the softness and breathability of combed cotton with the wrinkle resistance, dimensional stability, and commercial laundering durability of the 40% polyester component. The heavier weight T-250 twill construction provides added fabric substance and warmth compared to lighter thread count alternatives, while the polyester component supports the crease-resistant performance that keeps the pillowcase looking crisp through repeated institutional laundering cycles.
Two Stripe Width Options — 10 mm and 3 mm
Available in a 10 mm wide stripe and a 3 mm narrow stripe, giving hospitality properties flexibility to choose the stripe presentation that best suits their room aesthetic and bedding program. Both stripe widths are woven directly into the twill fabric during construction rather than printed or applied, maintaining their definition through repeated commercial laundering without fading. The two options allow properties to create a custom visual presentation within the same T-250 collection.
T-250 Twill Weave
The T-250 thread count in a twill weave delivers durable, long-lasting performance suited to high-volume hospitality laundering. The diagonal interlacing pattern of the twill weave creates a denser, stronger fabric than plain weave alternatives at the same thread count, providing excellent resistance to the mechanical stress of commercial laundering. The twill construction also carries the satin stripe pattern with visual definition, creating an elegant stripe appearance on a durable, heavier weight base fabric.
Anti-Pilling Crease Resistant Finish
The anti-pilling crease resistant finish helps maintain a crisp and professional appearance through repeated institutional laundering cycles. The anti-pilling treatment prevents surface pilling that reduces the perceived quality of pillowcases over time, while the crease resistant component reduces wrinkling and the pressing requirements for housekeeping teams managing pillowcases across multiple rooms — supporting operational efficiency without compromising the professional Bright White appearance guests expect.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend, twill weave construction, and anti-pilling crease resistant finish together maintain the pillowcase's softness, stripe appearance, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — supporting the long-term institutional performance required for active hospitality linen programs.
Heavier Weight Fabric for Added Warmth
The T-250 twill construction produces a heavier weight fabric than standard lightweight alternatives, providing added warmth and a more substantial hand feel that guests notice on contact. The heavier weight is a meaningful comfort differentiator for properties in cooler climates, mountain resorts, or environments where guests expect a warmer, more substantial bedding feel. Made in the USA by Thomaston Mills for supply chain reliability and consistent quality.

+ Full laundry care guidelines & PDF download
  1. Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
  2. Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
  3. The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
  4. Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
  5. Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.

Why American-Made Workmanship Matters

Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
