Thomaston Mills Royal Suite T-250 Percale Pillowcases — Bone
Product Overview
Thomaston Mills Royal Suite T-250 Percale Pillowcases in Bone are crafted from 60% combed cotton and 40% polyester woven into a T-250 percale with high count ring-spun yarns — delivering the crisp, breathable comfort of percale alongside the wrinkle resistance and commercial laundering durability demanded by active hospitality linen programs. The Bone colorway provides a warm, creamy neutral preferred by boutique hotels, resort properties, and hospitality environments that favor a softer alternative to pure white.
Available in Standard (42×36"), Queen (42×40"), and King (42×46") — each featuring a 3-inch luxury hem and spectrophotometer shade control for consistent Bone tone across every order and procurement cycle. Manufactured in the USA by Thomaston Mills, available through Linen Plus USA.

- Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
- Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
- The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
- Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
- Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Why American-Made Workmanship Matters
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
