Key Features
60% Combed American Cotton and 40% Polyester Blend
The cotton-rich 60/40 blend is the defining construction of the Royal Suite collection. Combed American cotton provides the softness, breathability, and natural feel that hotel guests expect, while the 40% polyester component enhances wrinkle resistance, dimensional stability, and commercial laundering durability. For flat sheets in particular, the polyester component helps maintain the crisp, smooth appearance after commercial drying that reduces the pressing and ironing burden on housekeeping teams.
T-300 Percale Weave
The T-300 thread count in a percale weave delivers the crisp, cool, breathable comfort preferred in upscale hotel environments. Percale is woven with a tight one-over-one-under pattern that produces a smooth, matte surface with a refreshing, crisp hand feel distinct from sateen alternatives. At T-300 with 60% combed American cotton, percale delivers the classic hotel bed feel — crisp, breathable, and professionally finished — that guests associate with well-appointed independent hotel and boutique resort environments.
2 × 2-Inch Hems and Extra Wide and Extra Long Dimensions
Full, Queen, and King flat sheets feature elegant 2 x 2-inch hems that provide a polished, upscale appearance when folded back at the bedtop — a visible quality detail that guests notice in well-appointed hotel rooms. The extra wide and extra long dimensions provide a generous bed drape and secure mattress tuck, supporting the refined, meticulous bed presentation that independent hotels and boutique resorts invest in. The 2 x 2-inch hem is larger than the 1-inch single-fold alternative and creates a clean, substantial cuff that signals quality.
Made in USA
Manufactured in the United States by Thomaston Mills, providing supply chain reliability, consistent production quality, and the ability to specify American-made hotel bedding for independent hospitality properties. Domestic manufacturing supports predictable lead times and consistent quality across procurement cycles for independent hotels and boutique resorts managing active linen programs.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend, ring-spun yarn construction, and percale weave maintain the flat sheet's softness, crisp appearance, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — supporting the long-term institutional performance required for active independent hotel and boutique resort linen programs.
High Tensile Strength and Commercial Laundry Durability
Designed for superior durability and long-term institutional performance. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend, ring-spun yarn construction, and percale weave work together to deliver high tensile strength that maintains structural integrity through repeated commercial wash and dry cycles. The polyester component enhances resistance to the mechanical stress of high-volume hospitality laundering, extending working lifespan and reducing replacement frequency for active linen programs at independent hotels and boutique resorts.

Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
