Key Features
100% Extra-Long Staple Combed American Cotton
Premium ELS cotton fibers produce a softer, smoother yarn that delivers the silky hand feel guests expect from luxury hotel bedding. The combing process removes short fibers and impurities for cleaner, more consistent yarn. At T-310 in a sateen weave, ELS combed cotton provides the quality surface guests experience directly on contact with the duvet cover — the softest, most luxurious surface on the entire bed for most hotel configurations.
3/8-Inch Woven Satin Stripe
The signature design element of the Lineage collection, woven directly into the sateen fabric during construction rather than printed or applied. On the duvet cover — the most prominent surface of the made bed — the 3/8-inch stripe creates the sophisticated visual texture that signals luxury bedding quality to guests at first glance. The woven construction retains its definition and crispness through repeated commercial laundering without fading or degrading.
T-310 Sateen Weave
The T-310 thread count in a sateen construction delivers a smooth, lustrous surface with a subtle sheen. For a duvet cover, the sateen weave is particularly meaningful because it is the surface guests touch most directly and see most clearly when entering the room. The smooth sateen surface reads immediately as premium quality and creates the upscale, well-appointed bed appearance that four-star and five-star properties invest in delivering.
Anti-Pilling No-Iron Finish
Helps maintain a smooth, crisp appearance through repeated institutional laundering cycles. The anti-pilling treatment prevents surface pilling that reduces the perceived quality of the duvet cover over time, and the no-iron component reduces pressing requirements for housekeeping teams managing the large surface area of duvet covers in high-volume linen programs. Both benefits work together to maintain quality and support operational efficiency.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand the repeated institutional laundering cycles required in high-volume hospitality environments. The ELS combed cotton, ring-spun yarn construction, and sateen weave maintain the duvet cover's softness, stripe presentation, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles, supporting a long working lifespan that reduces replacement frequency and total bedding program cost.
Luxury Hotel Bedding Styling
Designed to create an elegant luxury room presentation for four-star and five-star hotels, boutique resorts, executive suites, and luxury vacation rentals. The Soft White Lineage color, 3/8-inch woven satin stripe, and T-310 sateen surface work together to deliver the refined, upscale bed aesthetic that defines luxury hospitality environments and contributes directly to the guest's perception of the property's quality and care.

Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these duvet covers designed for luxury hotels?
Yes. These duvet covers are specifically created for four-star and five-star hospitality environments. The 100% extra-long staple combed American cotton, T-310 sateen weave, 3/8-inch woven satin stripe, anti-pilling no-iron finish, and commercial laundering durability address the specific requirements of luxury hotel duvet cover programs — premium guest comfort on the most prominent surface of the bed, consistent elegant stripe presentation, and reliable performance through high-volume institutional linen programs.
What makes satin stripe duvet covers luxurious?
The woven satin stripe pattern provides elegant visual texture and upscale hospitality presentation. The 3/8-inch stripe is woven directly into the fabric during construction rather than printed or applied, producing a refined, three-dimensional texture that guests can see and feel on the duvet surface — the most prominent and most visible bedding surface in the hotel room. Woven stripes retain their definition and quality through repeated commercial laundering without fading or degrading, delivering consistent luxury room presentation across the full working lifespan of each duvet cover.
