Hands-free operation activates the motor when the cup rest is in the upper position, while the lower position holds the cup in place without starting the motor. The included wavy agitator mixes a wide range of ingredients quickly, while also aerating to increase yield. The heavy-duty die cast housing meets food service demands, and the removable cup guide is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. To eliminate the risk of water ingress and motor failure, the rear housing is sealed and does not require venting. Built to last, the universal motor has permanently sealed ball bearings and is balanced to minimize vibration.
