Returns or Defective claims on items more than 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without receiving a RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
