Linen Plus US LLC Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linen Plus US LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most products. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in new, unused, and unwashed condition

• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

• Include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:
Some products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, custom production, or safety reasons (for example, intimate apparel, custom sizes, or perishable goods). Specific exclusions will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

1. Email us at customerservice@linenplus.ca with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our customer service team will review your request and email you instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not ship your item back before receiving return instructions from our team.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Return shipping fees are not refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you by email whether your return is approved.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after your return has been processed.

6. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? If the product is eligible and in stock, we’ll be happy to exchange it. Please contact us at customerservice@linenplus.ca to begin the exchange process.
