Key Features
55% Cotton and 45% Polyester Blend
The 55/45 cotton-polyester blend delivers soft comfort from the cotton component alongside enhanced wrinkle resistance, crease resistance, and commercial laundering durability from the higher 45% polyester content. For fitted sheets, the polyester component's dimensional stability helps maintain pocket shape and elastic recovery through repeated commercial laundering — preserving the secure mattress fit that reduces housekeeping adjustment time and supports room presentation during guest turnover.
T-180 Classic Percale Weave
The T-180 thread count in a classic percale construction delivers the crisp, breathable comfort suited to economy hotel and motel fitted sheets. Percale's tight woven structure produces a smooth surface with a refreshing hand feel and maintains its integrity through the high-volume commercial laundering cycles of active institutional linen programs. The classic percale is a proven, practical construction for fitted sheets in economy hospitality environments requiring reliable, cost-effective performance.
Bright White Hospitality Finish
The Bright White finish delivers the clean, professional appearance that hotel and motel guests associate with quality accommodation. Bright White is the standard color for institutional hospitality bedding — universally recognized as a mark of cleanliness and professional care. The soft yet durable construction maintains the Bright White appearance through the repeated commercial laundering cycles of active hotel and motel operations.
Soft Yet Durable Construction
Designed to deliver comfortable softness for guests while withstanding the mechanical demands of high-volume commercial laundering. The T-200 percale construction provides the breathable, crisp hand feel preferred in institutional hotel bedding, while the durable build quality supports the long working lifespan and consistent performance required for active linen programs at hotels and lodging properties managing a high volume of daily room changeovers.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Engineered for repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hotel and motel environments. The percale construction and durable build maintain the fitted sheet's appearance, pocket integrity, and structural durability through commercial wash and dry cycles — supporting the consistent Bright White presentation and long working lifespan required for active hospitality linen programs.
Designed for Hospitality Efficiency
The three pocket depth options allow properties to specify the correct fitted sheet for each mattress type across their inventory — a practical operational benefit that reduces the time housekeeping teams spend re-tucking sheets during guest turnover. A properly fitting sheet stays in place through a guest stay, reduces mid-stay complaints, and speeds up daily room preparation, supporting efficient linen management for hotels and lodging properties of all sizes.

Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these fitted sheets wrinkle resistant?
Yes. The crease resistant finish helps maintain a clean hospitality appearance through repeated commercial laundering cycles. The finish reduces the wrinkling that can develop in fitted sheets after commercial drying, supporting a consistently neat room presentation with minimal pressing requirements for housekeeping teams. Combined with the 55/45 polyester-rich blend and heat set shrinkage control, the crease resistant finish contributes to the dependable wrinkle-resistant performance required for active economy hotel and motel linen programs.
