Made with hardened 420J2 steel, these scissors are extremely sharp and can be used to cut small bones, wires, vegetables and herbs. Integrated teeth on the inside of the handles are for cracking lobster or nuts and for stripping herbs. One outer blade edge can be used for scaling fish and the opposite side is for peeling carrots. The end of the handles feature a screwdriver and bottle cap opener. These handy scissors can be used left or right handed and come apart for easy and thorough cleaning.
