Key Features
60% Cotton and 40% Polyester Blend
The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend provides the soft comfort and breathability of cotton alongside the wrinkle resistance and commercial laundering durability of polyester. The blend is particularly well-suited to the Bone colorway — the polyester component helps maintain the consistent Bone shade through repeated institutional laundering cycles, preventing the color drift that can affect the warm, elegant appearance that Bone-colored bedding delivers.
T-200 Percale Weave
The T-200 percale weave delivers crisp, breathable comfort suited to upscale hospitality pillowcases. The percale construction produces a smooth, clean surface that is the ideal base for the warm Bone color — allowing the color to present cleanly and consistently without the texture variation that other weave constructions can produce. The T-200 percale provides the soft yet durable construction required for active institutional linen programs at upscale hospitality properties.
Bone Hospitality Color
The Bone color creates a warm, elegant, and upscale room presentation that distinguishes hospitality properties from those using standard Bright White bedding. Bone's soft, creamy tone complements natural materials, warm neutral room palettes, wood tones, and boutique hotel aesthetics where a cooler white would appear too clinical. For upscale properties investing in a differentiated guest experience, the Bone colorway is a practical and visually meaningful choice for the bedding presentation.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend and percale weave maintain the pillowcase's soft comfort, Bone color, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — supporting the long-term institutional performance and consistent color presentation required for active upscale hospitality linen programs.

Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose bone-colored hotel bedding?
Bone hospitality bedding creates a warm, elegant, and upscale room presentation. The Bone colorway — a soft, creamy neutral — complements natural materials, warm room palettes, and boutique hotel aesthetics where standard Bright White bedding would appear too clinical or cold. For properties focused on creating a warm, inviting, and differentiated guest experience, the Bone color is a visually meaningful choice that contributes to the overall quality impression of the room without requiring additional design investment.
