Key Features

60% Combed Cotton and 40% Polyester Blend
The cotton-rich 60/40 blend delivers the softness, breathability, and natural feel of combed cotton alongside the wrinkle resistance, dimensional stability, and commercial laundering durability of the 40% polyester component. The blend produces a pillowcase that maintains its crisp percale appearance and comfortable hand feel through the high-volume laundering cycles of active hospitality operations.
T-250 Percale Weave with High Count Ring-Spun Yarns
The T-250 thread count in a percale weave delivers crisp, breathable comfort preferred in upscale hotel environments. High count ring-spun yarns produce a smoother, stronger yarn than standard alternatives by tightly twisting the fibers, resulting in a pillowcase with a refined hand feel and reduced pilling tendency. The combination of T-250 percale and ring-spun yarns delivers the luxurious softness that the source designation references — a practical premium within the percale category.
Spectrophotometer Shade Control
Advanced spectrophotometer color-matching technology verifies that every pillowcase matches the specified White or Bone shade across inventory batches and procurement cycles. For hospitality properties managing large linen inventories, spectrophotometer shade control ensures that every pillowcase matches every sheet set across rooms, floors, and replenishment orders — a meaningful quality standard that prevents the mismatched appearance that can occur when colors drift between production lots without verification.
Colored Hem Stock Program
The colored hem stock program allows hospitality properties to specify a colored hem detail on their pillowcases, creating a branded or differentiated bedding presentation without full custom fabric production. A colored hem is a visible design element guests notice when pillows are displayed on the bed — a practical way for properties to add a distinctive visual identity or color accent to their bedding program while maintaining the standard percale body construction and commercial laundering performance.
White and Bone Colorways
Available in both White and Bone to suit different hospitality aesthetics. White provides the clean, crisp appearance associated with traditional hotel bedding quality, while Bone offers a warmer, softer alternative that complements natural materials, warm neutral room palettes, and boutique hotel environments. Spectrophotometer shade control ensures consistent color within each colorway across inventory batches and procurement cycles.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend, ring-spun yarn construction, and percale weave maintain the pillowcase's softness, color, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — supporting the long-term institutional performance required for active hospitality linen programs.

+ Full laundry care guidelines & PDF download
  1. Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
  2. Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
  3. The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
  4. Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
  5. Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
