Key Features
60% Combed Cotton and 40% Polyester Blend
The cotton-rich 60/40 blend combines the softness and warmth of combed cotton with the wrinkle resistance, dimensional stability, and commercial laundering durability of the 40% polyester component. For flat sheets in particular, the polyester component helps maintain a smooth appearance and reduces wrinkling after commercial drying, complementing the anti-pilling crease resistant finish to minimize pressing requirements for housekeeping teams.
Two Stripe Width Options — 10 mm and 3 mm
Available in a 10 mm wide stripe and a 3 mm narrow stripe, giving hospitality properties flexibility to choose the stripe presentation that best suits their room aesthetic. Both widths are woven directly into the twill fabric during construction rather than printed or applied, maintaining their definition through repeated commercial laundering without fading. Stripe width should be matched consistently across flat sheets and pillowcases for a coordinated, professional bed presentation. Both options deliver the same quality and performance — the choice is purely aesthetic.
T-250 Twill Weave
The T-250 thread count in a twill weave delivers durable, long-lasting performance suited to high-volume hospitality laundering. The diagonal interlacing pattern of the twill weave creates a denser, stronger fabric than plain weave alternatives at the same thread count. The heavier weight of the T-250 twill construction provides added fabric substance and warmth compared to lighter thread count sheets, making it particularly suited to cooler climate hotels, mountain resorts, and properties where guests expect a warmer, more substantial sheet feel.
Heavier Weight Fabric for Added Warmth
The T-250 twill construction produces a heavier weight flat sheet than standard lightweight alternatives, providing added warmth and a more substantial hand feel. The heavier weight is a meaningful comfort differentiator for properties in cooler climates, mountain resorts, and environments where guests expect a warmer, more enveloping sheet. Made in the USA by Thomaston Mills for supply chain reliability and consistent quality across procurement cycles.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend, ring-spun yarn construction, sateen weave, and anti-pilling no-iron finish maintain the flat sheet's softness, stripe appearance, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — preserving the upscale presentation and reducing replacement frequency for active hospitality linen programs.
Anti-Pilling Crease Resistant Finish
The anti-pilling crease resistant finish helps maintain a crisp, professional appearance through repeated institutional laundering cycles. The anti-pilling treatment extends working lifespan by preventing surface pilling, while the crease resistant component reduces wrinkling on the large surface area of flat sheets after commercial drying. Together they minimize pressing requirements for housekeeping teams managing high-volume linen programs without compromising the clean, professional appearance guests expect.

Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of sateen weave sheets?
Sateen weave sheets provide a silky-smooth texture and elegant luxury appearance preferred by upscale hotels. In a sateen construction more threads float on the fabric surface, creating a smoother, more lustrous finish with a subtle sheen and a soft, draping hand feel. Compared to percale or plain weave at the same thread count, sateen delivers a noticeably softer surface feel that guests associate with premium hotel bedding quality. Paired with 60% combed American cotton at T-310 and the 1/4-inch woven satin stripe, the sateen weave of the Royal Suite Satin Stri
