Key Features

100% Extra-Long Staple Combed American Cotton
Extra-long staple cotton fibers are the premium tier of cotton, producing softer, smoother, and more durable yarn than standard cotton alternatives. The combing process removes short fibers and impurities for a cleaner, more consistent yarn that contributes directly to the silky hand feel guests experience on contact. At T-310 in a sateen weave, ELS combed cotton delivers the premium sleep surface quality expected in four-star and five-star hospitality environments.
T-300 Sateen Weave
The T-300 thread count in a sateen weave construction delivers smooth, silky hospitality comfort preferred in luxury hotel environments. In a sateen construction more threads float on the surface, producing the characteristic smooth, lustrous finish and soft draping hand feel that guests associate with premium bedding. The sateen weave is the foundation of the Lineage collection's luxury presentation, providing the surface quality on which the woven satin stripe creates its visual elegance.
3/8-Inch Woven Satin Stripe
The signature design element of the Lineage collection, woven directly into the sateen fabric during construction rather than printed or applied as a finish. The 3/8-inch stripe produces a refined three-dimensional texture that guests can see and feel on the sheet surface, and retains its definition through repeated commercial laundering without fading or degrading — delivering consistent, elegant bed presentation across the full working lifespan of each flat sheet.
Made in USA
Manufactured in the United States by Thomaston Mills, providing supply chain reliability, consistent production quality, and the ability to specify American-made luxury hospitality textiles. For luxury properties focused on domestic sourcing, the Made in USA designation supports confident procurement. The Origin collection is also GSA compliant, making it available for government and institutional hospitality procurement programs.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The ELS combed cotton, ring-spun yarn construction, and sateen weave maintain softness, appearance, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles, preserving the luxury guest experience across the full working lifespan of each flat sheet.
Made in USA Ethically and Sustainably
Manufactured by Thomaston Mills in the United States using ethical and sustainable production practices. Domestic manufacturing provides supply chain reliability, consistent quality standards, and the ability to specify American-made luxury hospitality textiles. Soft White color with spectrophotometer shade control ensures uniform appearance across inventory batches and procurement cycles.

+ Full laundry care guidelines & PDF download
  1. Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
  2. Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
  3. The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
  4. Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
  5. Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.

Why American-Made Workmanship Matters

Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of sateen weave sheets?
Sateen weave sheets provide a silky-smooth texture and elegant luxury appearance preferred by upscale hotels. In a sateen construction more threads float on the fabric surface, creating a smoother, more lustrous finish with a subtle sheen and a soft, draping hand feel. Compared to percale or plain weave at the same thread count, sateen delivers a noticeably softer surface feel that guests associate with premium hotel bedding quality. Paired with 100% extra-long staple combed American cotton at T-310 and the 3/8-inch woven satin stripe, the sateen weave of the Lineage flat sheets delivers the elevated sleep surface experience that four-star and five-star properties require.
Are these flat sheets designed for commercial laundering?
Yes. These sheets are engineered specifically for repeated hospitality laundering cycles. The 100% extra-long staple combed American cotton, ring-spun yarn construction, and T-300 sateen weave maintain the flat sheet's softness, appearance, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles, preserving the luxury guest experience and the polished Soft White presentation across the full working lifespan of each sheet in an active hospitality linen program.
