Key Features
100% Extra-Long Staple Combed American Cotton
Premium ELS cotton fibers produce a softer, smoother yarn than standard cotton alternatives. The combing process removes short fibers and impurities for a cleaner, more consistent yarn that delivers the silky hand feel guests experience in luxury hotel beds. At T-300 in a percale weave, the 60% combed cotton component provides the softness and breathability that hotel guests expect, while the 40% polyester delivers wrinkle resistance and commercial laundering durability for active independent hotel and boutique hospitality linen programs.
Extra-Deep 15-Inch Pockets
The 15-inch pocket depth is engineered to accommodate the thick mattresses, pillow-top layers, and mattress topper configurations common in luxury hotel rooms. Standard 12-inch pockets frequently pull loose on thicker mattresses during guest use — the 15-inch depth eliminates this problem by providing the additional elastic-to-edge coverage needed to keep the fitted sheet securely in place throughout the guest stay and during the daily bed-making process.
T-300 Percale Weave
The T-300 thread count in a percale weave delivers crisp, breathable comfort preferred in upscale hotel environments. Percale is woven with a tight one-over-one-under pattern that produces a smooth, matte surface with a refreshing hand feel. The combination of percale weave and 60% combed American cotton delivers the classic crisp hotel bed feel that guests associate with well-appointed independent hotel and boutique resort environments.
High Tensile Strength
Engineered for superior durability and long-term institutional performance. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend and percale weave deliver high tensile strength that maintains structural integrity through repeated commercial wash and dry cycles. For fitted sheets in particular, the tensile strength at the pocket corners and elastic perimeter directly affects how long the sheet maintains a secure, stay-in-place fit — making high tensile strength a meaningful operational benefit for active hospitality linen programs.
Commercial Laundry Durable
Specifically engineered to withstand repeated institutional laundering cycles in high-volume hospitality environments. The 60/40 cotton-polyester blend, ring-spun yarn construction, and percale weave maintain the fitted sheet's softness, crisp appearance, and structural integrity through commercial wash and dry cycles — supporting the long-term institutional performance required for active independent hotel and boutique hospitality linen programs.
Designed for Hospitality Efficiency
Deep-pocket fitted sheets help ensure a secure mattress fit while reducing housekeeping adjustments during guest turnover. A fitted sheet that stays in place throughout a guest stay means fewer mid-stay complaints and faster room preparation during turnover — both meaningful operational benefits for housekeeping teams managing a high volume of rooms daily. The combination of 15-inch pockets, high tensile strength, and commercial durability supports efficient, high-quality linen management.

Wash water temperatures will cause very little variation in shrinkage or color up to temperatures of 160°F.
Optical brighteners have been added during the finishing process to both the cotton and polyester. Normal alkaline wash conditions are acceptable (pH of 9–10) and the addition of an optical for the cotton in the wash cycle is recommended to help maintain the white shade over repeated laundries. Chlorine, peroxide, or sodium perborate bleach can be used in moderate amounts. In all cases, the pH of the fabric should be brought back to 5.0–7.0 pH range prior to drying.
The use of an optical brightener is not recommended on dyed shades because of the apparent change in color caused by this addition.
Drying can be in a tumble dryer or on a mangle. The fabric shrinkage has been stabilized during manufacturing by the use of resin finish for the cotton and heat stabilization for the polyester. Goods are heat set to a minimum of 350°F at the Easley, SC finishing plant.
Tumble dryer temperatures should never exceed 300°F. If drying in a tumble dryer, always use the cool down cycle prior to stopping the machine to prevent wrinkling.
Choosing bedding finished in the United States ensures tighter color consistency, better quality assurance, and reliable supply chain standards. For hospitality buyers, this translates into fewer product inconsistencies, improved longevity, and alignment with American procurement preferences — especially in healthcare and government sectors.
