Returns accepted within 30 days for eligible linen products in original packaging and unused condition.
Return Eligibility
Linen products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Authorization Required
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged linen product, please contact us immediately upon receiving the shipment. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. Once reviewed, Linen Plus will assist with a replacement, refund, or claim process where applicable.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned products are received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defective or incorrect product.
