Returns or Defective claims on items more than 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without receiving an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Linen Plus will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the product by the manufacturer. All table linen products are non-returnable as they are made to order.
