Incredibly sharp, surgical grade stainless steel blades. Comes with three inserts, which make ten different cuts; blades which make four different thicknesses, julienne, shred, cube and create fantastic French fries. Ambidextrous Food Safety Holder allows complete protection and control, is easy to use, and requires very little pressure. Prongs hold food securely while guard protects hands from the blades. When not being used, the insert holder also functions as a drying rack.
